One Pot Chili Soup

This is my sons favorite chili! Not to mention my husband, he almost licks the plate! My son is such a picky eater! I could never get him to eat canned chili, not even the one with added beans. He really hated chili until I decided to try and make my own homemade chili. I searched and searched for a recipe but never really liked any, all of them call for so many steps. Too much garlic mincing and onion chopping. I personally hate the taste of crunching onions in my mouth, and I hate much more to chop it. Plus its time consuming, and I just want to get dinner done fast!

HOW TO MAKE CHILI SOUP

Start by cooking your thin strips of bacon. I love using the Hormel Natural Choice bacon, it is so delicious and not at all greasy! The bacon is what really brings out all these amazing flavors in this chili! When you finish cooking the bacon you can add your raw ground beef and condiments. Mash the ground beef with a metal bean smasher so that the beef won't be lumpy. Cook it on medium heat with the lid on, this will make the beef nice and tender. Once the beef is fully cooked its time to add the water and Knorr tomate, this will really give it an amazing boost of flavor! Now its time for the cans, black beans, pinto beans, and tomato sauce. For the beans I like to use Bush beans, they taste amazing! Now add your two packs of Mccormick original chili powder plus condiments. Mix mix mix, cover and let it cook on medium heat. It is going to smell heavenly! Serve and top with shredded cheese! This chili will go with mozzarella, Mexican blend, or cheddar cheese. So feel free to use whatever you have in your refrigerator! Enjoy!
