Keto Bread loaf

Store bought keto friendly bread is so expensive and not very tasty! I am not a fan of it at all! But this homemade bread is so so moist, soft and just delicious. No eggy taste like most recipes. I promise you won’t regret making it! Only 1.2g carbs per slice! Makes 12 Slices! So delicious for breakfast toast or even French toast!

INGREDIENTS

• 1 1/4 Cup Almond flour

• 1 1/2 TBSP sugar substitute (I used swerve granular)

• 2 TSP baking powder

• 1/2 TSP sea salt

• 4 eggs room temperature

• 3 1/2 oz full fat cream cheese room temperature (I used original Philadelphia)

• 3 TBSP salted grass fed butter room temperature (I used Kerrygold)

YOU WILL NEED

• Electric mixer

• 8 inch loaf pan

• Parchment paper (makes it easier to take out loaf from pan)

INSTRUCTIONS

Pre heat oven to 350 F

line your loaf pan with parchment paper.

In a medium sized bowl combine almond flour, baking powder and salt. Whisk together until well combined and set aside.

In a a large bowl using electric mixer, blend the butter and sugar substitute on medium speed for about 3 minutes until light and fluffy.

Next add the room temperature cream cheese and blend until well combined.

Add the eggs one at a time while mixing, making sure that every egg is well combined before adding the next.

lastly add the dry ingredients and mix until well combined. Scraping down the sides making sure everything is well incorporated. Do not over-mix.

Pour your batter in loaf pan and bake for 30 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Do not cut loaf when still hot It will break because it’s so soft! Wait about 30 min then enjoy!

you can store your bread in the fridge for 7 days in an airtight container or freeze up to 30 days!
