Easy Almond Flour Pancakes

Delicious, healthy, low carb breakfast everyone will love! I've always searched for recipes for almond flour pancakes but they are all so plain and lacking flavor. So I decided to try my own recipe and add my own touch! You will never make almond flour pancakes any other way!


HOW TO MAKE ALMOND FLOUR PANCAKES


These are super easy to make! Just add all your ingredients in a bowl, whisk together and pour on a hot greased pan. Serve and enjoy with your choice of syrup and fruits!


INGREDIENTS


*1 Cup Almond flour

* 1/4 Cup your choice of milk

* 3 Large whole eggs

* 1/2 Tsp Baking powder

* 1 Tsp Vanilla extract

* 1/2 Tsp Ground cinnamon

* 1/2 Tsp Splenda (or your choice of sweeter)

* 1 Tbsp butter (to grease pan)


INSTRUCTIONS


1. Pre heat pan at medium heat.

2. In a medium size bowl add all of your ingredients. Almond flour, milk, eggs, baking powder, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and Splenda. Whisk Until all fully incorporated.

3. Next grease your pan with butter, spreading it all evenly.

4. Add 1/4 cup of batter let it cook at medium heat for about 2-3 minutes and turn.

5. Serve and top with butter, your choice of syrup and enjoy!


Note: This will make about 4 pancakes!
