One Pot Lasagna Soup

Updated: Sep 3, 2019

Who doesn't love lasagna! It's just such a time consuming meal! Cook the lasagna noodles, cook the ground beef, layer it up, and stuff in the oven. Not to mention all those dirty dishes! This lasagna recipe is so amazing! Ridiculously delicious! All in one pot! Yes! You read it right, one pot! This is one of my families favorite dinners. Its also a hit for big crowds.

HOW TO MAKE LASAGNA SOUP

You'll start by cooking the ground beef in olive oil and adding all of the condiments. I like to mash the ground beef with a metal bean smasher while its cooking so that the beef won't be all lumpy. Cook it on medium heat with the lid on, it will make it nice and tender. Ok, here comes the fun part! Once the beef is fully cooked add the water and the Knorr de Pollo. (If you can't find the Knorr de Pollo at your grocery store, you can always sub the water and Knorr for Chicken broth.) Once that is done, you can now add your sauce, noodles, and extra condiments! It might seem like a bunch of ingredients, but remember you're just dumping everything in one pot. Before you cover up your pot and let those noodles cook remember to add your heavy cream! (If you dont have that in handy, you could always use milk.) Be checking and stirring occasionally. Once your noodles are fully cooked its time to add the mozzarella cheese. Just sprinkle it all over the top of the soup cover it up, let it melt and you're done! No more boring dinners!
